MOLTM, PAF sign deal

April 30, 2012

Kathmandu/TNP: With a view to making the people aware about the process and risks of foreign employment, the Ministry of Labor and Transport Management (MoLTM), and Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Sunday.MoLTM Secretary Som Lal Subedi and PAF Vice-Chairman Janak Raj Joshi signed the document on behalf of their respective organizations. With the signing of the deal, PAF wil help impart knowledge on foreign employment to the aspiring youths in its working with around 20,000 community organizations and 60,000 housholds across 40 districts of the country.

Please do let us know if you have any complaints related to the work of PAF. A complaint can be made in three different layers.

PAF has established an Intergrity Unit(Sadachar Ekai) to make its undertakings transparent, impartial and effective. You can directly write to the unit in the following email address: pafsadachar@hotmail.com. The unit has three PAF board members as members, headed by Mrs Durga Neupane(Bhattarai).
