Vidyadhar Mallik appointed as PAF Vice Chairperson, Vows to take PAF to a new high Mr. Vidyadhar Mallik, 53, has been appointed as the new vice chairperson of Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF). A cabinet meeting held on 19th March, 2010 took the decision to this effect. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Mallik was the Economic Affairs, Development and Administration Advisor to Right Honorable Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, President of Nepal.
